Offline Marketing executive

Eye Mantra, one of India's fastest-growing and most trusted eye care brands, is looking to onboard a highly experienced Field Marketing Manager from the Eye Care Industry with direct competitor hospital experience to drive on-ground patient acquisition and local brand dominance.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

Candidate must have done field marketing at an eye hospital

Prior experience at competitor hospitals is compulsory, such as:

Candidates without on-ground hospital marketing experience will not be considered

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 4–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & execute on-ground field marketing activities for patient footfall

Conduct doctor referral programs & optician networking

Organize eye check-up camps, RWAs, corporates & school tie-ups

Manage local branding, hoardings, standees, pamphleteering & activations

Build & manage referral channel partners

Track patients, camps, conversions & revenue impact

Work closely with center managers & operations teams

Handle local vendor & promoter teams

What We're Looking For:

4–10 years of field marketing experience in eye hospitals only

Proven track record of on-ground patient acquisition

Strong local market connections & partner network

High energy, target-oriented & execution-focused

Excellent communication & leadership skills
