Role Overview

We are looking to hire Transaction Managers across multiple levels (Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end commercial real estate transactions, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering tailored property solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including sourcing, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
• Understand client requirements and provide strategic real estate solutions.
• Conduct market research, site evaluations, and financial analysis.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
• Track market trends and provide insights to clients.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate broking / transaction advisory preferred.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end transaction processes.
