We at BDO India, consists of experts who specialize in offering a broad range of services, including assisting in planning, streamlining, managing, and solving complex issues, to mitigate TP risk and aligning the same with the client's global business strategy and objectives.

Details:

Position Title - Associate

Location - Bangalore

Reporting Manager - Partner

Experience - At least 0- 1 year of relevant experience into Transfer Pricing

Qualification - CA

Core Transfer Pricing Role & responsibilities:

• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation
• Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases
• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities
• Assisting in representing seniors / counsels' clients before the tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), ITAT, etc.
• Reviewing inter-company agreements from transfer pricing perspective
• Assisting in Master File and CbCR related compliances
