Senior Process Engineer

JOB PURPOSE:

• Monitors, analyzes, and implements the process control plan for the plant
• Interacts with internal stake holders, to understand the manufacturing issues.
• Leads in engineering the manufacturing process to meet/exceed external customer expectations
• Enables ongoing continuous improvement in standard deviation of all key process parameters in line with the Group Benchmarking report
• Formulates, monitors and implements plans for achievement of consistent product quality with minimum process downtime and minimum quality complaints
• Basic Understanding of Block diagram ,PFD,P&ID ,Mass & Heat balance
• Line sizing & Velocity and flow calculation
• New product development
• Alternate Raw material development and stabilization
• Checklist ,SOP Preparation ,Control philosophy preparation
• Demonstrate technical leadership on process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Engineering in Chemical from a premier institute (Like NIT)

EXPERIENCE

• 4-8 years of good experience in continuous manufacturing facility, specifically in a lead role of Process Management, with a good understanding of the plant organisation. Person from Plaster board, Cement or Cement Boards will be preferable.
