Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads through networking, social media, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Conduct client consultations, understand requirements, and present customized wedding packages and services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the wedding journey.
  • Drive repeat business and referrals through strong client engagement and relationship building.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and support the sales and event planning teams to achieve business goals and enhance team performance.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
  • Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.
