Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Professor in Pharmaceutics, based in Jalandhar. The Senior Professor will lead academic and research activities in the field of Pharmaceutics, deliver lectures, guide postgraduate students, and contribute to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior faculty, conducting and publishing research, and participating in institutional development initiatives. The role requires a commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering skill development in the field of pharmaceutics.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pharmaceutics with a proven ability to deliver lectures, conduct research, and guide students.
• Significant experience in curriculum development, academic planning, and fostering innovative teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills to guide both students and faculty effectively.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, industry trends, and scholarly publishing in the field of Pharmacy.
• PhD in Pharmaceutics or a related field is mandatory. Prior experience as a Senior Professor or Associate Professor preferred.
• Experience with accreditation processes and contributing to institutional development initiatives is an added advantage.
• Commitment to fostering academic excellence and maintaining a high standard of professional ethics.
