Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonali skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a bonus
• Certification in HR management is a plus
• Good Operational Skills should be your edge
