Interview process

Like our work we have a fast paced interview process, we typically have three interview rounds

• Round 1 DS Algorithm / Coding Round : We will be working on an implementation problem where you would be required to write typically around 50-150 lines of code. We check how quickly and how accurately you write code.
• Round 2 Implementation/Software Development Round : If you are a backend developer you can be asked to write some code which involves making an API in your favourite language, for frontend you can be asked to build some UI quickly.
• Round 3 Design Round : This is a high level design discussion which will involve the concepts of software architecture and how would you go about starting projects from scratch.

Interview best practices

• Please make sure that you have your local development set up. Some interviews might require live coding.
• Please make sure that you are in an environment that allows you to turn your camera on and make the interview more interactive.

What are we looking for

• In-depth experience in cloud services and architecture, including but not limited to, message brokers like Pub/Sub, caching mechanisms such as Redis, and container orchestration platforms like Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Demonstrable skills in API design, with a keen understanding of RESTful practices, API security measures, and hands-on experience with API management tools.
• Experience with frontend technologies like React.
• Great communication and management skills.
• Should be able to act independently and take on big projects with minimal guidance.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent career experience required

Bonus

• Proficient with OpenAI APIs, Langchain, and Python programming (is an added advantage).
