About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team and support the development of a custom ERP system for a leading property management company in Dubai. You'll play a key role in analyzing existing business workflows—especially in Leasing, Renewals, Legal, and CAFM—and help shape the foundation of our new ERP through deep process mapping and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Documentation

• Identify, map, and prioritize business processes.
• Create a detailed Process Inventory List.

Workflow Analysis & Optimization

• Document user interactions and clickpaths.
• Extract system logs and analyze data flows.
• Reconstruct 'As-Is' processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with domain experts in leasing, legal, and facilities.
• Validate processes and align with industry best practices.

Tool Proficiency

• Process Modeler tools (BPMN 2.0 compliant).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst (property management/real estate experience preferred).
• Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with ERP lifecycles.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and BPMN tools.

Reporting To

• Head of Digital Transformation

Work Setup

• Remote (Work from Home)
• Travel to Dubai for 3 to 12 months, depending on project needs
