Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of reservations and sales - inbound hotel at Haveli Dharampura located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing reservations and inbound sales for the hotel, overseeing team management, sales management, and account management to ensure excellent customer service and revenue generation.

• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Team Management and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in hospitality industry sales
• Knowledge of reservation systems and revenue management
• Experience in luxury hotel sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
