What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning and executing our entire Instagram strategy, from content planning to posting, stories, and reels.
• Creating content that aligns with Rustlines' voice: edgy, relatable, and scroll-stopping.
• Growing our audience by identifying trends, tapping into culture, and working on collabs/influencer outreach.
• Tracking performance and tweaking content to keep improving reach and engagement.
• Turning followers into a loyal community through campaigns, interactions, and creative storytelling.

What We're Looking For:

• A deep understanding of Instagram and Gen Z internet culture.
• Someone who thinks in ideas and reels and can create content (or coordinate with creators).
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Not just a poster, but a growth mindset person who can also drive strategy and results.
• Bonus if you've grown a page/account before (personal or brand)!
