Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates for various positions. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, implementing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also maintain recruitment reports and dashboard metrics.

Work Experience

• Experience in full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Experience in Employee Engagement, Conflict Management, HR Policies
• Experience in creating positive work environment
• Candidate should be a Good Team Player, Communicator, and deliver results with ownership sense
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Candidate with Experience in Labour Laws will carry an edge

• MBA (HR)
• PGDM (HR)
