**Job Description**
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented **Software Sales Consultant** to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B software sales, engaging with enterprise clients, and providing tailored solutions that address their business challenges. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline for DMS and BPM products
* Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present product solutions
* Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities
* Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
* Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
* 1–5 years of experience in **B2B software sales** or enterprise solutions sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong understanding of **software solutions** and their business impact
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Experience in client relationship management and consultative selling
* Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Sales, Marketing**, or equivalent
* Prior experience in DMS/BPM domain will be an added advantage
