Job description
Major Accountabilities

Organizational Structure Design: Develop and maintain organizational hierarchies, positions, and reporting lines. Collaborate with P&O Partners to align org structures with business needs.

Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency of org data across systems. Implement controls and audits to maintain data quality.

System Configuration & Support: Configure org management modules in HCM systems (HRCORE & Workday), Provide support for org-related issues and enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate org charts, headcount reports, and hierarchy analytics. Support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives with data insights.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain documentation for org structures and processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
