Creative Film Director

Whizz HR is looking for a Creative Film Director in Mumbai.

A Creative Film Director would be the artistic and creative vision of a film project, from initial concept to final product, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand and audience. They collaborate with various departments, manage budgets, and oversee all visual and auditory elements of the film to create a compelling and impactful storytelling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develops the creative vision, plans all aspects of the production, and ensures everything aligns with the script and overall goals.

• Collaboration and Leadership:
• Works closely with the director of photography, art director, and other departments to achieve a cohesive and visually stunning film.

• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
• Addresses creative challenges, makes critical decisions on set, and ensures all aspects of the production stay on track.

• Budget Management:
• Manages the creative budget and ensures it aligns with the overall project vision.

• Client Relations:
• In commercial projects, interacts with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

• Technical and Artistic Oversight:
• Oversees all technical aspects of the production, including cinematography, sound, and visual effects.

• Script Development and Adaptation:
• May be involved in developing and adapting the script to fit the creative vision of the film.

• Cast and Crew Management:
• Provides leadership and guidance to the cast and crew, ensuring they deliver their best performances.

• Post-Production Involvement:
• Collaborates with the editing and sound teams to refine the film and ensure it aligns with the initial vision.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Artistic Vision:
• A deep understanding of filmmaking techniques, visual storytelling, and creative expression.

• Leadership and Communication Skills:
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, collaborate effectively with various departments, and communicate the creative vision clearly.

• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

• Budget Management Skills:
• Experience in managing budgets and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

• Technical Knowledge:
