Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and content management. The candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, optimizing content, monitoring marketplace performance, and driving sales growth through various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.).
Ensure accurate and engaging content management for products to improve visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, promotions, and online advertisements.
Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve online sales.
Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and coordinate with the operations/logistics team.
Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly content and keywords.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and implement strategies to increase product ranking.
Manage customer queries, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, operations) to achieve monthly targets.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in E-Commerce and Content Management.
Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and e-commerce CMS platforms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make strategic decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
