Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at AlexaPartners Private Limited in Mumbai. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS, training, and other HR-related tasks to support the organization's workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Training and development expertise
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
