We are looking for a energetic SFDC developer. In this role, you will be responsible for both development (customization/implementation) and ongoing support & maintenance of one of our NA clients.
You will collaborate with business users, administrators, analysts, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, handle support tickets, and ensure system performance and stability. You need to work during PST hrs. (7AM PST till 3 PM PST)
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users: triage incidents, troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and follow up.
Translate business requirements into technical design, build integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), custom objects, workflows and automation.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, data models, and processes.
Perform system health checks, data integrity reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
Maintain technical documentation (design specs, test scripts, release notes) and ensure adherence to audit, security & compliance requirements.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform features; proactively propose enhancements and optimizations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience working on Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) in both development and support roles
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, object relationships and triggering architecture
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL/data migration)
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems; experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Good Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ and Pardot
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments (troubleshooting user issues, managing VIP incidents)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher) is highly preferred
Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Prior experience working in a multi-cloud or large-scale enterprise setting
