Key Responsibilities

Design & Creativity: Develop eye-catching creatives and marketing assets using Canva.

Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Franchise Partnerships: Drive franchise growth through marketing initiatives and relationship management.

Social Media Management

Create and manage monthly social media calendars.

Drive content creation and storytelling across platforms.

Campaign Management: Strategize and run online & offline campaigns to boost engagement and admissions.

Events & Activations: Plan, organize, and conduct online & offline events, workshops, and promotional evenings.

Agency Liaisoning: Coordinate with external agencies for creative, digital, and PR campaigns.

Collaboration with ICs: Work closely with Independent Consultants to design marketing strategies and closures.

Desired Skills & Expertise

Strong expertise in Canva design & content creation.

Proven track record in Meta performance marketing.

Experience in franchise/partnership marketing.

Strong social media planning & execution skills.

Campaign and event management experience (online & offline).

Prior experience in liaising with agencies and managing deliverables.

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and with ICs to drive results.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

3–6 years of proven experience in marketing roles with the above skill set.

Prior experience in education / franchise / service industries preferred.

Work Mode

Hybrid Role – Hyderabad (Work from Office mandatory).

6-day working schedule.

Laptop is mandatory.
