Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Executive based in Meerut. The Field Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues, managing service requests, and performing on-site repairs and maintenance. The position requires effective coordination with the service team and ensuring that operational and service quality standards are met. The candidate will actively contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering a positive client experience.
