Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Planning Engineer, located in Delhi. The Project Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing planning and scheduling activities, ensuring effective project control, managing costs, and performing thorough analytical assessments. Day-to-day tasks include developing project schedules, tracking performance, aligning resource allocation with project goals, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular reporting on project progress will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Planning, Scheduling, and overall Project Planning
• Strong skills in Project Control and Cost Control
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project-driven environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with project planning tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in energy and resource management projects is advantageous
