Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pediatrics Physiotherapist to join our team in Faridabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing children with various developmental challenges and creating individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's physical developmental needs.
• Design and implement effective physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration Therapy, and Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate a child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators) to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Actively involve and educate parents, providing them with guidance and support to reinforce therapeutic goals at home.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is required.
• Proven experience in assessing and developing treatment plans for children.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient progress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both colleagues and parents.
• Knowledge of specialized paediatric therapies, including Neuro-Developmental Treatment, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-oriented approach to care.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Faridabad.
