Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily data entry of expenses, bills, and vouchers

• Maintain basic financial records and documentation

• Support in bank statement entries and simple reconciliations

• Assist in processing vendor invoices and payment records

• Support payroll-related data such as attendance and expense inputs

• Help maintain GST, TDS, and compliance-related records

• Organize and maintain files for audits and internal reviews

• Coordinate with internal teams for basic finance-related information

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Finance team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (or pursuing)

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts

• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Willingness to learn accounting software (training will be provided)

• Attention to detail and basic numerical skills
