Working days : 6 Days Working hours : 9 hours / day (Rotational Shifts)

CTC : 3.12 LPA i.e. 26k (22.2k in-hand) + 5 thousand joining bonus

• Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) is payout basis the employee performance. The above number represents the average payout per annum (payable monthly) within the existing team. The actual number can be variable, but can go as high as Rs 1L per month basis performance.
• Shift allowance is eligible if employee works in the afternoon shift.
