Job Description

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer to join our growing team and shape the digital experience of Conscious Chemist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and prior experience designing for D2C or e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused experiences across our website and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive website and app interfaces that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance overall user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and behavior patterns that inform design decisions.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows to stakeholders and developers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align design strategies with business goals and campaign objectives.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure brand coherence across all digital touchpoints.
• Analyze user journeys and website performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement design updates that enhance usability and conversions.
• Ensure that all design elements adhere to the brand’s clean, pastel, and modern aesthetic while maintaining high functionality.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve the brand’s digital experience.
