Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - Production Department

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
• Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all production activities.
• Identify potential issues in the production line and propose solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
  
  

Key Skills And Competencies

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher)
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in steel or metal fabrication.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
