Job Title: Operations Associate

Experience Level: 0-3 years

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Associate to manage the behind-the-scenes magic that makes pet relocation smooth and stress-free. You'll be the backbone of our operations, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance, and making sure every pet arrives safe, sound, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for pet relocations including flights, permits, transport, and documentation.
• Communicate with airlines, transport partners, vet clinics, and government bodies to arrange travel.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation like health certificates, NOCs, and travel permits.
• Keep clients updated on their pet's journey and offer reassurance and clarity at every step.
• Monitor live pet shipments and ensure timely, secure delivery.
• Proactively resolve any travel disruptions or emergencies with empathy and quick decision-making.
• Maintain organized records of every move - expenses, timelines, and communication logs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in logistics, travel coordination, or customer service
• Familiarity with documentation, compliance, or pet travel processes
• Empathy for pet parents and love for animals (always a plus!)
