As part of our expansion, we are seeking qualified High school/ Higher Secondary faculties to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Academic Operations Manager to support day-to-day academic operations in a fast-growing EdTech environment. The role involves coordinating with faculty, managing schedules, supporting learners, and ensuring smooth academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage academic schedules, timetables, and calendars
• Ensure smooth delivery of online and offline classes
• Coordinate faculty allocation, substitutions.
• Monitor class execution, attendance, and punctuality
• Ensure timely syllabus completion across batches
• Handle academic escalations from students and faculty
• Monitor teaching quality and implement improvement actions
• Coordinate assessments, exams, evaluations, and result processing
• Ensure consistency between online and offline academic standards
• Collect and analyze student feedback and academic data
• Prepare academic MIS reports for management
• Maintain academic SOPs, policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Academic Operations / EdTech
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms
