Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles in Software Development, DevOps, Data

Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and tech communities.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tech stacks such as Java, Python, React, AWS,

DevOps, etc.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Technical

degree preferred – B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc).

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and sourcing from GitHub / Stack

Overflow.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field like Human Resources or Business Administration
