Job Overview:

The Creative Producer is responsible for managing and overseeing the creative development of projects, ensuring they meet the vision, goals, and standards set by the client or organization. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including writers, designers, directors, and other creative professionals, to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Creative Direction & writing:

• Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the project aligns with the overall vision and goals.
• Write Video concepts and scripts for projects
• Ensure the creative work meets brand guidelines and client expectations.

Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and other resources as needed.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for the project.

Quality Control:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of creative output at various stages of the project.
• Ensure that the final product meets the established standards and objectives.

Client Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact between the creative team and clients.
• Communicate project updates, address client feedback, and manage expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality creative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Media Production, Fine Arts).
• Proven experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, including writing, design, and production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
