Commercial Office Leasing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive, located in New Delhi. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leasing activities, negotiating lease terms, administering lease agreements, and conducting market research. Day-to-day tasks will include interfacing with clients, preparing lease documents, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.

• We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Office Leasing Executive with at least 2 years of proven expertise in the real estate industry. As a Commercial Office Leasing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting property owners with prospective buyers and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, providing comprehensive and accurate information about the project. This includes highlighting key features, floor plans, and any relevant amenities.
• Act as a liaison between property owners and the property market, assisting owners in understanding market trends, pricing strategies, and optimising their property's appeal to potential buyers or renters.
• Conduct thorough assessments of prospective customers' needs and economic viability. This involves understanding their preferences, budgets, and other relevant factors to match them with suitable properties.
• Skilfully negotiate sales and leasing terms and conditions on behalf of clients. Work towards mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close deals to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Offer comprehensive information on all aspects of properties, including legal requirements,documentation, and potential challenges. Ensure clients are well-informed to make confident decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations.
• Knowledge of Lease Administration and Leases.
• Skills in Market Research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
