Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the creative direction of all branding, marketing, and campaign assets.
Conceptualize and execute visually stunning content in both static (graphic design) and dynamic (motion graphics) formats.
Collaborate closely with the strategy, content, and performance teams to translate marketing goals into creative deliverables.
Supervise and mentor a team of designers and animators, ensuring consistent quality and innovation.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining brand consistency and high creative standards.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in creative leadership roles within a digital or advertising agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and motion graphics.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute creatively under tight deadlines.
