We are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our team!
If you have 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with exposure to paid media platforms and an understanding of various buy models (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL)—this role is for you.
You will manage global affiliate relationships, drive performance through international campaigns, and collaborate across teams to optimize results. Your understanding of affiliate networks and paid media traffic sources will be key in scaling campaigns effectively across diverse markets.
What You'll Do
Manage and scale affiliate partnerships globally for Web and Mobile campaigns.
Recruit and onboard new affiliates for international markets
Negotiate competitive deals and commission models (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC)
Optimize campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, Search, Native, Programmatic, Direct Buys)
Analyze affiliate performance metrics—traffic, conversions, CPA, ROI—and suggest optimizations
Ensure affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and global ad regulations
Explore and test new traffic sources and platforms for international growth
Leverage data insights to scale campaigns across regions and verticals
