Role Description:

This is an entry level full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Training Administrator. The Training Administrator will be responsible for training and development programs, communication with stakeholders, delivering training sessions, providing customer service, and offering administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Planning, scheduling and managing training programs both on-premise and B2B programs.
• Collaborate with our clients and understand the requirements.
• Hiring relevant trainers for the shared requirements.
• Outbound calls to interested candidates and follow-up till course enrolment
• Fund management for training programs, social media marketing and trainer's payment.
• Share improvement ideas on training programs, incorporate and manage CRM and LMS
• People handling, tele-calling
