Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Executive. The Executive will be responsible for managing the account completely. This includes Brand Strategy, PR & Media Relations, Influencer/Celebrity Marketing, Campaign Design & Execution, Cross Brand Associations and Events.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Business Development

• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends
• Perform competitor analysis to benchmark our client's positioning and strategize for market superiority.

Public Relations & Media Outreach

• Engage in strategic storytelling to significantly enhance brand visibility across various media platforms.
• Cultivate and leverage strong media relations with newspapers, magazines, online portals, and more.
• Manage content for authored articles, product placements, brand features, and spokesperson profiling.
• Identify media pegs and secure podcast opportunities
• Coordinate PR gifting initiatives to build relationships and promote client products effectively.

Influencer/Celebrity Marketing

• Amplify brand reach through authentic influencer and celebrity collaborations.
• Handle negotiations and arrangements for barter, paid, and sourcing collaboration opportunities.

Campaign Design & Execution

• Design and implement creative and impactful marketing campaigns tailored to achieve specific client goals.
• Coordinate both online and offline campaign elements to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing.

Event Planning

• Manage all aspects of event planning, from conceptualisation and execution to guest listing and onsite coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, secure sponsorship partners, and ensure all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
• Oversee pre and post-event media coverage, ensuring the event's success is well-documented and publicized.

Collaboration & Associations

• Facilitate and manage cross-brand collaborations, giveaways, and collection launches to maximize brand exposure and market reach.
• Explore opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, and placements in multi-designer stores to enhance brand presence and consumer interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Public Relations & Influencer Marketing (preferably in Beauty & Fashion, agency experience is a must)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
