About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the complete financial operations of a leading hospitality business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must come with strong experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering organizations and be capable of driving financial efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Strategy

• Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.

Accounting & Reporting

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and ledger management.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost controls across business units/outlets.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other financial compliances.
• Maintain robust internal controls and SOPs to safeguard company assets.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensure audit readiness.

Operational & Business Partnership

• Work closely with operations teams to analyze financial performance and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support procurement and vendor management with financial evaluations.

Banking & Stakeholder Management

• Manage banking relationships, loans, fund flows, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external agencies for all financial matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts within the hospitality (hotel/restaurant/catering) industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple business units.
