Recovery Executive

Job Title: Recovery Executive

CTC: INR 25,000/- per month

Job Description

• Keeping track of the due fees of the students and taking necessary actions to recover them.

• Contact students via call, email, or chat to recover the due fees.

• Making follow-up calls to all the students as required.

• Building trust and healthy relationships with the students to ensure timely payment of fees.

• Visit on delinquent cases and negotiating with the students accordingly.

• Updating the details on CRM and other systems used by the company.

• Submit daily activity reports to your immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience in debt recovery or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Ability to persuade effectively and work under pressure.

• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with students.

• Knowledge of basic computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 1-year experience in Customer Service/Sales

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field

Job Type: Full time with 6 working days a week

Timings: 10.00 am-6.30 pm
