Role: HR Executive

Description:

• Core HR Responsibilities Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle

management (onboarding to exit). Develop and implement HR policies in

alignment with company goals. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits

administration. Drive learning and development (L&D) programs to enhance

skills and competencies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best

practices.

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute hiring strategies to

attract the right talent. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future

hiring needs. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower

requirements. Enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate

experience.

Employment: Full time, Permanent

Salary – 30- 35 K

Location : Andheri , Mumbai.

Exp – 1-2 yrs

Qualification : Bachelors or MBA in HR
