- 6+ years in large organizations
- Banking background
- Excellent knowledge in Redis database administration
- Excellent knowledge in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Redis Enterprise
- Good knowledge in Redis Enterprise deployment on OpenShift
- Good Knowledge in Redis Active-Active Database, Auto tiering/FlexDB
- Develop and optimize RAG ingestion pipelines for AI/ML applications.
- Design, implement, and manage Redis Enterprise and RedisVL solutions for vector database use cases.
- Good knowledge in Redis modules Redis Search and Vector Index management
- Monitor and troubleshoot Redis database performance and scalability issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Redis solutions into broader system architectures.
- Excellent knowledge in Security features like Auditing, TLS, etc.,
- Good knowledge of Agile working practices
- Good knowledge of modern automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform and ArgoCD)
- Good knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python)
- Good knowledge of other databases
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional communication
- Ability to self-manage
- Ability to work on multiple projects
