Qualification: LLB / LLM (Mandatory)

CTC: 10–12 LPA

What You'll Do

Draft, review & negotiate key commercial contracts (Leave & License, Lease Deeds, LOIs, NDAs, MoUs, etc.)

Coordinate across departments for timely contract execution

Support legal due diligence & compliance

Handle legal notices and internal queries with precision

Stay updated with legal & regulatory developments

Maintain legal MIS & manage contract tracking systems

Liaise with external counsels and support litigation follow-ups

What We're Looking For

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of contract law, IPR, and procedural law

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive

Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite

Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally

Ready to make a meaningful impact
