Job Description – Closure Team (Indore HO) – Knee Xpert

Position: Closure Executive
Location: Indore Head Office
Training: First 7 days (Unpaid)
Experience: Sales closure experience is a must
Languages: English + Hindi, any regional languages (Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu)

Key Responsibility:

Single Objective: Convert leads into confirmed SVF procedures within a specified timeline through effective sales strategies and patient counseling on call.

Roles and Tasks:
- Contact potential patients from the provided lead database.
- Provide detailed information about SVF and PRP treatments, focusing on benefits and outcomes.
- Handle objections and concerns professionally, guide the patient toward a decision.
- Ensure patient readiness for the SVF procedure by coordinating all pre-procedure requirements.
- Work closely with the customer care team to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-ups.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales closure, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High energy and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments.
