Baking A Variety Of Breads For Ex. Bagels, Focaccia, Multigrain & Brioche.

Prepare A Variety Of Tarts & Quiches Daily.

Managing stock & Inventory.

Repeating The Above Over & Over, Daily, & Mastering The Art.
