Bartender – Circa 11, Indiranagar

Circa 11 is Bengaluru's first shapeshifting dining room - café by day, cocktail bar by night, always in rhythm with the city around us. We're looking for a bartender who doesn't just pour drinks, but brings stories to life behind the bar.

What you'll do:

• Craft and serve cocktails, classics and Circa signatures, with precision and flair.
• Experiment with ferments, cordials, and seasonal ingredients to keep the menu evolving.
• Anticipate guest needs - a recommendation, a quick story, or just the perfect pour.
• Keep the bar moving seamlessly with prep, stock management, and service standards.
• Work in rhythm with the floor and kitchen team to create a complete Circa experience.

What we're looking for:

• Previous bar experience (fine dining or high-volume cocktail programs a plus).
• Curiosity about ingredients, techniques, and storytelling through drinks.
• Strong sense of hospitality - attentive, warm, confident without being stiff.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and keep the energy up even on the busiest nights.
• A love for details, from garnish to glassware to guest interactions.
