Job Description:

• Scan insertion.
• SCAN DRC/Coverage debug.
• ATPG Pattern generation.
• Gate level simulations ( Zero delay/Timing Delay simulations).
• Worked on JTAG/P1500 protocols.
• Perl/Tcl scripting.
• Timing/Formal verification/PD flow knowledge is plus.
