We're Hiring: Product Designer – Home

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 3–5 Years | CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Industry: Home Décor | Category: Hard & Soft Goods

Are you a creative mind passionate about sustainable home design We're looking for a Product Designer – Home to lead design and development across our private label category – including furniture, tableware, décor, bedding, cushions, rugs, and textiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative, trend-forward home products with a focus on sustainability
• Work across hard goods & soft goods, from concept to production
• Develop detailed sketches, tech packs, and coordinate with sourcing & merchandising teams
• Select eco-friendly materials and ensure feasibility and product quality
• Track market trends, identify gaps, and propose compelling new designs

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in home product design
• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design, or related
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Deep knowledge of materials & manufacturing processes
• Excellent aesthetic sense & visualization skills
• Bonus: Experience working with artisans, sustainable brands, or luxury décor
