About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire HR function, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent while maintaining a positive, compliant, and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding

• Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and HR compliance

• Manage performance review cycles, learning and development programs

• Oversee payroll inputs, compensation structure, and benefits planning

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals

• Handle all labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory obligations

• Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning

• Proven experience in:

• Talent acquisition & onboarding

• Employee relations & grievance management

• Compensation, benefits & compliance

• Training & development programs

• Performance appraisal systems

• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• High emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion in dealing with sensitive matters

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA/PGDM in HR or HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
