Insurance Analyst

We're Hiring: Analyst – Insurance Domain (Dubai Placement Process) | Mumbai Location

Are you passionate about delivering quality and operational excellence in the insurance industry We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to support the Dubai Placement process and ensure high standards across placement, filing, and claims workflows.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1+ year in insurance domain with quality analysis and reconciliation expertise

Qualification: Graduate in Finance/Accounting | Postgraduate in any specialization (Insurance certification is a plus)

Role Overview:

As an Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting placement and filing operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance, ensure data accuracy, and drive operational improvements across the policy lifecycle—from New Business/Renewals to Mid-Term Adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare insurance slips, generate UMRs, and calculate premiums
• Issue debit/credit notes for Cedants and Re-insurers
• Conduct sanction checks and post-inception policy verifications
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Collaborate across teams and support audit readiness and quality initiatives

• Strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle and industry best practices
• Proficiency in operational and quality assurance tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to publish dashboards and analyze matched/unmatched revenue data
