Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Architect who can independently manage large-scale Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle end-to-end project responsibilities, from concept to execution.

• Be well-versed with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and norms of relevant sanctioning authorities.

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

• Manage architectural studios in an organized and autonomous manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural practice.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twin-Motion, Enscape, knowledge of other architectural software is preferable.

• Familiarity with ArchiCAD is considered an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
