Position Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join us as an Associate Consultant – Finance & Strategy. This role blends financial expertise with strategy consulting, requiring the candidate to not only bring strong accounting and financial acumen but also to play a hands-on role in business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will support clients in financial performance improvement, governance, and execution of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Performance

• Conduct financial analysis, P&L reviews, and working capital assessments for client businesses.
• Identify opportunities for profitability improvement, cost optimization, and capital efficiency.
• Support preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with client strategies.

Business Transformation & Execution

• Work with consulting teams to design actionable business strategies (sales channels, pricing, market expansion, SKU optimization) and translate them into financial impact.
• Drive execution support by tracking KPIs, project milestones, and financial outcomes.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Prepare and deliver structured presentations, financial analyses, and reports for client stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops, boardroom discussions, and client reviews.

Internal Initiatives

• Contribute to firm-wide knowledge assets, frameworks, and proposals.
• Support internal process improvements and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in consulting, corporate finance, or CA firms.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial controls, and business performance management.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex financial insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Compensation

10,00,000 CTC per annum + Variable Pay
