About the Role

We are a U.S.-based immigration law firm building a premium, trust-driven brand across digital platforms.

This role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the firm's static visual identity across social media, YouTube, website assets, and downloadable guides.

This is not a trend-driven social media design role. It requires disciplined typography, clean layout systems, and professional restraint appropriate for a legal brand.

Scope of Work (Monthly Deliverables)1. Social Media Assets

• 12–16 professional static posts or carousel designs per month
• Optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Clean, minimal, high-trust aesthetic

2. YouTube Thumbnails

• 4–6 CTR-focused thumbnails per month
• Designed for clarity and credibility
• Occasional A/B variations

3. Lead Magnet & PDF Design

• 1 professionally designed PDF guide per quarter (or as assigned)
• Structured typography and layout
• Editable source files delivered

4. Paid Ad Creative

• Static visual assets for Meta or Google Display campaigns (as needed)
• Platform-compliant and conversion-focused

5. Brand System Management

• Maintain and refine brand style guide
• Define typography hierarchy and color system
• Ensure consistency across video, web, and ads
• Organize and deliver brand asset files

Major rebranding projects are outside scope and billed separately.

Performance Standards

• 48-hour turnaround for standard graphics
• Organized file delivery with labeled assets
• Minimal revision cycles
• Strict adherence to established brand system

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years professional design experience
• Strong typography and layout discipline
• Advanced Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for professional services preferred
• Portfolio required (must include static social and PDF work)
